  • Exchanges or refunds are not valid in cases of misuse, damage, or improper handling.

2. Product & Packaging Conditions

The product and packaging, including all labels and accessories, must be complete and undamaged so the item can immediately be made available for resale at the full retail price.

Items submitted for exchange or refund must be in resellable condition, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

To maintain hygiene and product safety standards, products cannot be exchanged or refunded if they are not returned in their original condition.

3. Refund Value

A product will only be refunded or exchanged for the same amount stated on the original receipt.
