REFUND & RETURN POLICY  

In compliance with Kuwait and GCC hygiene and consumer protection regulations, perfumes and fragrances are considered non-returnable items once opened.

Returns Accepted Only If:

Product is damaged during delivery

Incorrect product is delivered

Conditions

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Supporting photos/videos may be required

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours
