Particia de Nicolai, a descendant of the Guerlain family. I am a perfumer. In 1758, my ancestor A'Mon De Guerlain met with Pierre-Francois Pascal who at that time was the head chef to the royal court at Versailles. The two men decided on a collaboration and from it emerged not only one of the most exquisite fragrances of all time but also the beginning of what is today known as GIVAUDAN: THE HOUSE OF PERFUMES.
