The Rive Gauche EDT by Yves Saint Laurent is a fresh and spicy fragrance for men and women. The spicy, aromatic and luminous top notes leave a trail of strength and vitality behind, while the softer heart notes are crowned with notes of rose essence. A precious woody note adds depth to this subtle, sensual perfume. The base blends incense with musk, ambergris, tonka beans and freesia. This oil-based perfume blends into the skin without leaving it oily or greasy.

Yves Saint Laurent is a French luxury goods brand founded by Yves Saint Laurent and his partner, Pierre Berge. It belongs to the group Kering. Yves Saint Laurent designs, distributes, and retails ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, jewellery, eyewear, cosmetics and perfumes. In 1961, the company launched the Le Smoking suit for women and made an alliance with Coty two years later. In 2006, only six years after his death from cancer, Saint Laurent was replaced by new creative director Stefano Pilati.
